Services and agreements

We provide software and systems engineering, cloud, AI, automation, and cybersecurity services. The approved proposal or agreement for each project defines its scope, deliverables, and schedule.

Responsible use

Use the website for lawful purposes and respect other people’s rights and privacy.

Do not use it to distribute unlawful content, disrupt services, or tamper with data. To report a security issue, use the channels described in the Trust Center.

Accuracy of information

Provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a proposal, and tell us if your requirements change. Our scope estimates depend on the information you share.

Pricing and payments

Prices and payment arrangements are set out in the proposal or agreement approved with you.

Payments are due on the agreed dates. Any scope changes are subject to agreement.

Limits of liability

Website content describes our services and does not replace a project proposal or agreement. To the extent permitted by law, AWSSAT is not liable for damage resulting from use of the website or reliance on its content. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

Website text, logos, and visual elements belong to AWSSAT or their respective rights holders and may not be used in violation of intellectual property rights. Ownership of project code and deliverables is defined in each project agreement.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms, with changes taking effect when published. The latest content update date appears below. These terms do not, on their own, amend existing project agreements.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
